Antheraea polyphemus Eggs
These eggs are produced by large, healthy, sleeve-raised females from Pennsylvania that have been paired with wild-caught males to help maintain genetic diversity. Antheraea polyphemus is one of North America's largest native silk moths, admired for its impressive size and the distinctive eyespots on its hindwings.
I keep a small sample of eggs from each female to verify fertility before offering the remaining eggs for sale.
