Description
Cecropia caterpillars are spinning as we speak and they're looking super healthy this year! Stock is wild collected cocoon (female) mated with wild called in males. Larvae are grown in sleeves at a low density, 6-8 caterpillars per each 6ft-8ft sleeve over branches with copioius foliage. I've dispersed large numbers of my caterpillars at third instar in the local area in an effort to grow the population (not generally a common species here in NC), and thus my stock for sale is limited. $35 per cocoon or three cocoons for $95. $12 priority shipping with tracking on all orders.
