Description
This is a response to Alex Baranwoski.
The package was delivered by Fedex a day late, which is beyond my control. As a result of this 7 of the eggs hatched and died.
After he explained this to me, I kindly offered to replace the 7 dead caterpillars which were all that died out of the three dozen he ordered. He declined and asked for a entire refund instead.
He then filed a refund claim on Paypal falsely stating the package "arriving damaged".
As you can see, I went out of my way to accomodate this customer and offered them a replacement despite not being at fault, Even after doing this they stole my money and made false accusations about me.
I'd avoid selling to Alex baranwoski.
