Hello everyone. I have the pleasure to offer F0 cocoons of the rare Saturnia walterorum. These cocoons will overwinter until May, April and shall be kept cold till then.
Foodplants: Arbutus unedo, Sumac, Liquidambar, Schinus, Pistacia, Malosma, Rhus, etc.
Breeding hints: Not the easiest of species to raise. They need some air flow from the start and grow better or living plants or very fresh leaves that should be substituted daily. The adults, on the other hand, pair quite easily.
Price: 9€ each or 12 for 90€
Shipping costs: 12€ as priority mail with tracking number.
If you're interested email me with desired number and address. Also, in the US cocoons will be supplied directly from a friend in the States, taking care of the usual worries with failed shipments entering the US.
